$10 Drop-in Tofino Martial Arts is a not for profit, non-commercial club dedicated to the development of real skill in martial arts. We are influenced by several forms of martial arts including gung-fu and Filipino arts, and our focus is primarily on self-defense/self-protection.
$10 Drop-in. Gentle, non-judgemental and compassionate yoga practice with an encouragement to go inwards to increase self-awareness and self-compassion. Swami Kripalu (compassion in Sanskrit) tradition, which is Hatha based Yoga with an eclectic mix of kundalini and Ashtanga yoga.
$15 Drop-in The Pilates Method utilizes flexibility, strength and coordination to the greatest advantage. Participants can expect creative and varied classes with a selection of props available to aid in achieving objectives. All levels are welcome as modifications and progressions will be provided. Exercise mats and equipment will be provided accordingly.
FREE drop-in Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines principles from tennis, badminton and ping pong. Tofino hosts both indoor and outdoor courts. On the court, participants can expect to learn game rules and fundamental skills through play time with other passionate players. **February 9th is 9am to 11am only.
