$10 Drop-in. Gentle, non-judgemental and compassionate yoga practice with an encouragement to go inwards to increase self-awareness and self-compassion. Swami Kripalu (compassion in Sanskrit) tradition, which is Hatha based Yoga with an eclectic mix of kundalini and Ashtanga yoga.
$2 drop in. Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines principles from tennis, badminton and ping pong. Tofino hosts both indoor and outdoor courts. On the court, participants can expect to learn game rules and fundamental skills through play time with other passionate players.
$10 Drop-in Shorinji Kan Jiu Jitsu uses joint locking, throwing, striking and groundwork techniques to provide an effective defence system. Jiu Jitsu offers an enjoyable atmosphere for participants to achieve a higher fitness level while gaining valuable self-defence skills.
