Pilates
Pilates provides you with a balanced approach to toning your body, correcting your skeletal alignment and improving your posture and coordination. These classes start with a warm up, followed by strengthening and stretching exercises and finishes with relaxation and realigning exercises. Classes are suitable for all skill levels. Come out and try a class!
