This signature experience will immerse you in stillness as we practice Breath and Mediltation to reduce stress and aid relaxation. Also included will be take away tips for developing your own practice to support yourself in daily life.
Both beginner and experienced practitioners will find space for silence and room to breathe. As we journey through a range of restful practices you’ll be left feeling refreshed, replenished, and nourished from within. There will also be some time for sharing and questions to help address specific issues.
YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Laura Heininger has been studying Yoga, Breath and Meditation since 2000, and teaching for the past fifteen years. Originally from Canada, she has taught in England, Greece, Mozambique, Bali and Peru.
After experiencing the transformative power of these practices in her own life, Laura delights in sharing this potential with others. Both intuitive and practical, her teaching infuses rest and relaxation with awareness of optimal alignment.
