Feed Your Soul Yoga and Art Retreat

Let your worries and stress fade away as you tap into your own creativity with guided painting workshops (for beginners and seasoned artists) and guided yoga sessions throughout the weekend. Sign up for this amazing 3 day yoga and creativity retreat at Long beach Lodge in Tofino on Vancouver Island November 4 – 6, 2022. We’ll ensure you have all the tools to relax and unwind and tap into your creativity. The resort is nestled among rainforest trees on the edge of the ocean, with the most amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Amazing vibrant sunsets, powerful ocean waves and the peacefulness of wild nature will inspire you and fill your heart with a sense of peace. Enjoy complimentary glass of wine, participate in good morning, as well as evening wind down yoga sessions, meditation sessions and guided painting lessons, enjoy lots of free time to explore and relax while taking in the most spectacular views.
Friday evening 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm ~ Welcome gathering, enjoy apples and a complimentary beverage.
Saturday morning 9:00 – 10:00am ~ Rise and shine yoga class with Tash.
Saturday afternoon 1:00 – 3:00pm ~ Painting class with Andrea (for all levels beginner to experienced) All supplies included.
Saturday evening 8:30 – 9:30 pm ~ evening wind down yin yoga and meditation class with Tash.
Sunday morning 10:15 -11:15 am ~ relaxation yoga and a guided meditation with Tash.
Sunday afternoon 1:00-2:30 ~ Rock mandala painting with Andrea.
