Drop-In Sports

Sports take place year round on the coast. Rain or shine, the communities of Tofino and Ucluelet always have hardy individuals willing to brave the elements to play basketball, soccer, badminton, tennis, and many other sports. In the summer, baseball and most of the other sporting activities take place outdoors on the courts and fields that are centrally located in both towns. In the winter, we tend to retreat indoors to the school gyms and our weekly fix of our favorite sport becomes a regular event in our calendar.  We are a friendly bunch and visitors are welcome to participate with the locals as we stumble and play our way through to near exhaustion. Grab your gear, find a group and join in.
