General Store Tofino

The General Store, at the MacKenzie Beach Resort, is a brilliantly conceived renovation of the old resort lobby into a space designed for eating, socializing, relaxing to music in the evening or a good book throughout the day.  Settle into one of the many comfortable chairs and sitting spaces that make this space attractive, group friendly, and unique.

Owned and operated by Ronnie Lee and his collective of partners who also own Lil’ Ronnies Beachside BBQ, The General Store is a return to a time of laid back greetings, comfortable food, a stiff drink, and a place to rest your weary bones after a day of outdoor exertions. Artisan breads are crafted into sumptuous sandwiches that stand alone or can be enjoyed with seasonal salads, soups, and snacks. Add baked goods from Summit Bakery and your appetite will be well satisfied. Barista designed coffee drinks, local beers, and delicious cocktails will take care of your libation requirements.

The General Store is open 8am till midnight, both for the guests at MacKenzie Beach Resort and for anyone else who is looking for a Tofino food and beverage experience that is both delicious and memorable.
