Marla Thirsk

I’ve been living on the coast for close to 40 years now and been very involved in the arts out here. Past President of the Art Society (6 times), organizer of various art events, and the first artist for the Whale Festival Poster series, as well as Edge-to-Edge, Food and Wine, and Ukee Days Festivals. Painter of many murals around Ucluelet and award winner in the Sooke Fine Arts Show as well as many art publications. Known for my ‘fearless’ approach to art by working in many mediums and genres.
