The Hatch Waterfront Pub

Completely renovated in 2017, The Hatch Pub has been a favorite gathering place for generations of locals and visitors. Part of the Tofino Resort + Marina, The Hatch is situated on the waterfront to take advantage of the ever changing views of the Tofino Inlet and attached marina, a favorite mooring spot for local fishing charter businesses. The Marina dock has its own resident sea lion, a pair of eagles across the inlet on Strawberry Island, and even, the occasional passing Orca.

Open from 8am and into the late evening The Hatch has an all day menu that is also available for take out orders. The Hatch is an ideal location for an afternoon lunch or early evening dinner with your kids ( kids menu is available) or friends, either outside on the uncovered patio or inside where the casual and modern décor and horseshoe shaped bar invites you to settle in and enjoy the view.

Fresh pizza from our 1000 degree wood fired oven shared over a beer from our extensive selection of local and craft breweries is a great way to spend your down time. Wonderfully crafted and expertly executed appetizers and casual entrees from Chef Paul Moran’s talented kitchen form a menu that is full of locally sourced produce and freshly foraged ingredients.

Offering daily happy hour specials from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, The Hatch is a fine example of what Tofino is all about: friendly staff, great food, and a setting  that, will leave you satisfied, smiling, and wanting more.
