We sourced the best flour, tomatoes, and cheeses; we use wholesome, high-quality meats and veggies that are seasoned and cooked in the oven. Our dough is made in-house and fermented over 36 hours to emanate the most succulent flavour. The lasting perfume of the alder wood burning in the stone oven, mixed with the oils and herbs, creates a lasting impression. A completely reinvented flavour.
